Chia Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

What You Need
2 cups plain greek yogurt 
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 TBS honey
1/4 cup chia seeds
Optional toppings: granola, cereal, fresh fruit, nuts, etc. 

Directions
1. In large tupperware container, combine yogurt, milk, honey and chia seeds. 
2. Place in refrigerator and let sit for at least 30 minutes so chia seeds have time to expand. 
3. Create breakfast bowl by adding desired amount of yogurt mixture into a cup and topping with desired toppings (I used fresh raspberries and Special K chocolate almond cereal). 
4. Enjoy!
