Glazed Blueberry Oatmeal Donuts

{Makes 12}

What You Need
For The Donuts
2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups milk, any kind
1 1/2 cups flour
1 TBSP baking powder
1/2 TSP salt
1/4 TSP cinnamon
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 TSP vanilla
3/4 cup blueberries

For The Glaze
2 cups powdered sugar
3 TBS lemon juice

Directions
For The Donuts 
1. Preheat oven to 400° and spray donut pan with nonstick cooking spray.  
2. Mix together oats and milk in bowl. Set aside.
3. In large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. Once combined, stir in the oat mixture and fold in blueberries.
4. fill donut molds all the way to the top with dough and bake 16 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
5. Let cool on cooling rack until ready to ice.

For The Glaze
1. Wait until donuts are completely cool to glaze.
2. Whisk together powdered sugar with lemon juice, adding 1 TBS at a time and adding more if not thin enough. 
3. Keeping donuts on wire rack, spoon icing over donuts until covered.
4. Let glaze completely harden and then serve. Enjoy!
