Acai Bowl Topped With Fresh Fruit & Granola

{serves 1}

What You Need
For The Acai Bowl
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 frozen bananas, sliced
4 TBS acai powder
1 cup unsweetend almond milk, or other milk of choice
2 TBS almond butter
1 TBS honey

For The Toppings
Fresh fruit (bananas, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.)
Additional honey
Granola
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Chia seeds
Nuts

Directions
For The Acai Bowl
1. Add frozen fruit, acai powder, almond milk, honey, and almond butter to blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. If mixture isn't creamy enough (should be a little thicker than a smoothie), add more almond milk. 

Assembly 
1. Spoon mixture into bowl and top with desired toppings.
2. Enjoy this amazing start to your day!
