Crockpot Carnitas Bowls

What You Need
Crockpot
1 lb pork butt
Garlic salt 
Paprika
Ancho chili powder
Cumin
Sea salt
Chicken stock
Hot sauce

Bowl Ingredients (Optional)
Lettuce, spinach, or kale
Pineapple
Avocado
Salsa
Fried Egg
Cilantro 
Rice

Directions
1. Season pork on all sides with spices. Make sure to really rub them in to incorporate all the flavors. Place in crockpot.
2. Pour chicken stock around the meat until there is about 1.5" of liquid. 
3. Sprinkle your desired amount of hot sauce over the pork.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
5. Remove from crockpot and pull apart meat. Let cool.
6. Assemble your bowl by adding desired ingredients onto your plate. It is best to start with a base like lettuce, spinach, kale, or rice and then top with the rest. Add the pork and enjoy!
