Chicken, Peach, Sausage, & Veggie Kabobs

{serves 4}

What You Need
2 chicken breasts, cut into small squares
2 sausages, cut into small rounds
2 peaches, sliced
1/2 sweet onion, cut into squares
1 pepper, cut into small pieces
1/4 olive oil
1 TBS white wine vinegar
1 TSP ground sage
1 TSP garlic salt
1/4 TSP red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
BBQ sauce

Directions
1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cut all your ingredients into small cubes and assemble kabobs. 
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and white wine vinegar. Add spices and whisk again. Brush onto skewers and set on a plate. 
4. Heat grill to medium heat and add skewers once grill is hot enough.
5. Cook for 4-5 minutes each side, or until all meat is cooked through.
6. Once cooked, remove from grill and immediately brush on BBQ sauce.
7. Enjoy!
