Overnight Chia Seed Breakfast

Y'all, this breakfast is so perfect for busy mornings. I love making overnight chia pudding because it saves me so much time and brain power in the morning. Just make this the night before and in the morning top with whatever you'd like. If you prefer to eat it on the go, just put everything in a mason jar or cup for easy eating and clean up. It also fits in your cup holder. I hope y'all enjoy!

What Your Need
2 TBS chia seeds
1/2 cup milk of choice (I used almond)
1 ripe banana
1/4 TSP vanilla extract
1/8-1/4 TSP Cinnamon

Toppings
Dried figs
Coconut shavings
Almonds
Cashews
Bee pollen
Cinnamon
Rasins

Directions
The Night Before
1. Mash banana into bowl and then add chia seeds.
2. Whisk in the almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
3. Cover bowl and let sit in fridge overnight. 

In The Morning
1. Remove bowl from fridge and give the mixture a good stir.
2. Top with your desired toppings and enjoy!
