Overnight Patriotic Chia Pudding

Happy Presidents day! Today, I thought i'd share with y'all a festive chia pudding. It is super easy and delicious! I hope y'all enjoy! 

What You Need
Red Layer
1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen, stems removed
1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
Optional: coconut milk

White Layer
2 TBS chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 TBS honey or maple syrup 
Pinch of sea salt

Blue Layer
Blueberries

Direction 
Red Layer
1. Place the berries in a food processor or high powdered blender. Blend until smooth. 
2. If it isn't liquidy enough, slowly add coconut milk until it is at your desired consistency. 
3. Place in fridge. 

White Layer
1. Put all ingredients into a small bowl and mix well. 
2. Place in fridge overnight to set. 

Assembly
1. Place red layer into bottom of serving dish, top with white layer, and then sprinkle blueberries on top. That's it...now enjoy!!
