2nd Row From Top: Szechuan Zucchini Noodles with Thai Ginger Steak (I substitute coconut aminos for the soy sauce & hot sauce for the Sriracha) - Grilled Italian Platter with Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette - Spicy Thai Curry Chicken Wings 
3rd Row From Top: Warm Balsamic Steak & Vegetable Medley - Sloppy Joes - Spaghetti Squash & Meatballs (with these meatballs) 
2nd Row From Bottom: Chicken Saltimbocca - Deep Dish Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Blondies (I substituted cacao nibs for the chocolate chips) - Vegan Cream of Tomato Soup
