All Natural Watermelon Margaritas

serves 2

Happy Monday, everyone! Since Cinco de Mayo is this week, I wanted to share my favorite homemade, all natural margarita. It is the perfect warm weather drink with fresh watermelon and lime juice. It uses raw honey instead of all the sugary concentrated mixes, so go ahead and have a few extra chips and guac!

What You Need
1.5 cups watermelon, cubed (If you have time freeze them, it will give you better consistency)
1/4 cup tequila
1/2 cup triple sec
2 TBS lime juice
1 TBS raw honey or agave nectar
1/2 cup ice, crushed
Sea salt, to taste

Garnish
Lime wedge or watermelon slice
Sea salt, for rim

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice if necessary.
2. Salt the rim of your glass and pour mixture in.
3. Make it pretty with a lime or watermelon wedge on the rim. Enjoy!
