Raspberry Mango Smoothie Bowl

serves 4

What You Need
10 oz frozen mangos
1 cup water
10 oz frozen raspberries
1 cup light coconut milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup flax meal
1/4 cup honey
Pinch of salt

Directions
1. Let the fruit sit out on the counter for 10 minutes so they can defrost. 
2. Blend the mangos and the water until smooth. Set aside in a bowl.
3. Blend the raspberries and the coconut milk until smooth. Add to the mango bowl and combine the two. 
4. Stir in the chia seeds, flax meal, honey, and salt. Let sit in fridge for 15 minutes so the chia seeds can expand. 
5. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
