Creamy Almond Butter & Nutella Chia Pudding

serves 3-4

What You Need
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup chia seeds
6 large dates, pitted
2/3 cup cashews, unsalted 
1 TSP cinnamon
2 TSP vanilla
Sea salt, to taste
3-4 TBS almond butter

Toppings
Bananas
Homemade Nutella
Coconut shavings

Directions
1. Add cashews to a bowl and fill with water. Let sit for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Add the water and chia seeds together. Let sit for at least 2 hours or overnight. 
3. After everything has soaked. In a blender, add the dates, cashews, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, almond butter, and the chia gel. Puree until smooth and fully combined. 
4. Before serving, swirl 1-2 TBS of Nutella into the pudding and then top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
