Coconut Chia Pudding w/ Pomegranate topping

What You Need
1/2 TBS almond butter
2 TBS coconut flakes
2 TBS chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1 banana, mashed
1 TBS maple syrup

Toppings
Pomegranate seeds
Coconut flakes
Granola

Directions
1. Combine almond butter, coconut flakes, chia seeds, almond milk, banana, and maple syrup into a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
2. Place into serving dish, cover with aluminum foil and let sit over night.
3. In the morning, top with pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes, and granola. Enjoy your simple and healthy breakfast!
