How To Stick To Your New Year's Resolutions

So...it's mid January and those New Year's resolutions you made are starting to get pushed to the back burner. I get it, life gets super busy BUT, you made these resolutions for a reason. Why not try and stick it out a little longer? Maybe eventually it will become a habit (one that you actually like). To help keep you on track, i've come up with some tips to help you stick to your resolutions and make this year your best yet!

1. Be honest with yourself
- If you don't think you can stick to it, don't commit to it
- Think realistically when making goals
- Don't commit to too many goals

2. Hold yourself accountable
- Tell people about your goals so that it's harder for you to quit

3. Plan for success
- Do research
- Make a plan for any problems you may encounter
- Have everything you need and prepared to achieve your goals

4. Plan rewards
- Every week you stick to your goal treat yourself

5. Chart your success
- Mark on your calendar each day you stick to your resolution so you can see how far you've come
