Best Guacamole Dip

Makes about 2 cups

What You Need
3 avocados
1/4 red onion, diced
1 roma tomato, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, minced
Juice of 1 lime
2 TSP garlic, minced
Crushed red pepper (or hot sauce), to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
1. In a medium sized bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until it has a smooth consistency.
2. Stir in the red onion, roma tomato, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, red pepper, salt, and pepper. 
3. Pair with some chips and enjoy!!
