Overnight Chocolate Almond Butter Chia Pudding

Serves 2

What You Need
Almond Butter Layer
1/2 cup almond milk
2 TBS almond butter
1 TBS maple syrup
2 TBS chia seeds
Sea salt, to taste

Chocolate Layer
1/2 cup almond milk
1 TBS cacao powder
1/2 TB almond butter
2 TBS maple syrup
2 TBS chia seeds
Sea salt, to taste

Other
Almond butter
Cacao nibs

Directions 
Almond Butter Layer
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the above ingredients for the almond butter layer.
2. Cover and let sit in fridge overnight.

Chocolate Layer
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the above ingredients for the chocolate layer.
2. Cover and let sit in fridge overnight.

Assembly
1. Divide the almond butter layer between two serving dishes. 
2. Next, spoon a layer of almond butter over the almond butter layer.
3. Then, top it off with the chocolate layer divided between the two serving dishes.
2. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and enjoy!
