Avocado Smoothie Bowl

serves 1

What You Need
1/2 avocado, diced
1 frozen banana, cut into slices
2/3 cup almond milk
2 TSP maple syrup
1 TBS almond butter
1 scoop collagen or protein powder
1 TSP cacao powder
1/2 TSP vanilla
1 TSP cinnamon
3 ice cubes

Toppings
Coconut flakes
Ground flax seeds
Blueberries
Goji berries
Granola

Directions
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Taste and make sure it has desired flavor. Add additional maple syrup, cinnamon, almond butter, or cacao powder if needed. 
3. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
