Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

serves 4-6

What You Need
2 TSP olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 LB ground turkey
3 TBS chili powder
2 TSP ground cumin
1 TSP dried oregano
1/4 TSP cayenne pepper
1/2 TSP salt
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
2 (15 oz) cans red kidney beans 
1 (15 oz) can sweet corn

Toppings
Avocado
Cheese
Cilantro
Sour Cream
Jalapeno

Directions
1. In a pan over medium heat, heat up the olive oil. Once warm, add in the onion, garlic and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes or until semi-soft and then add to crockpot.
2. Return the pan to medium heat and add on the ground turkey. Cook until brown, breaking up with a spoon. Add to the crockpot.
3. Add the remaining ingredients into the crockpot and give everything a good stir. Cook on low for 7 hours and then serve with desired toppings. Enjoy!
