Crock Pot Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

What You Need
2 apples, peeled, cored, and cut into small pieces
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups oats
2 TBS brown sugar
1 TBS butter
1 TSP cinnamon
1 TBS ground flax seed
1/4 TSP salt
Toppings: pecans or walnuts, fruit, honey, butter, milk, etc.

1. Coat the inside of your crock pot with butter.
2. Add all ingredients, excluding toppings, and stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
4. If dry, add more almond milk and stir.
5. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!

This can be refrigerated for a quick grab and go breakfast or frozen to be used later.
