Maca Chia Pudding

What a fun weekend it was! I got absolutely nothing done, but it was a much needed weekend spent with friends. I went to dinner at 5Church Saturday night, which was amazing. We shared a few appetizers over some glasses of wine. Sunday I headed over to Parish for a delicious brunch. I got their fried chicken benedict and I have zero regrets!

Now...back to the work grind. If you have a busy week ahead, this maca chia pudding is the perfect grab and go breakfast. Just make sure you bring a toothbrush, because chia seeds just love getting stuck in-between the cracks of your teeth. I hope you enjoy! Have a wonderful Monday!

What You Need

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1/3 TBS maca powder
1/2 TBS maple syrup
2 TBS almond butter

Hemp seeds
Coconut flakes
Banana slices


1. In a small bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, maca powder, maple syrup, and almond butter.
2. Divide into 2 servings and place in the fridge over night.
3. Top with your desired toppings and enjoy!
