AB&J Chia Pudding

Serves 2-3

What You Need
For The Chia Pudding
2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup chia pudding

For The Blackberry Jelly
10 oz blackberries
1 TBS honey

Almond butter
Bee pollen
Hemp seeds

For The Chia Pudding
1. Whisk together the almond milk and chia seeds. Let sit in a fridge overnight or until set. 

For The Blackberry Jelly
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the blackberries and honey. 
2. Let cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use the back of a spoon to break down the blackberries. 
3. Once broken down pour into a bowl and store in fridge to cool.

1. Pour chia pudding into a bowl. 
2. Top with blackberry jelly and almond butter.
3. Top everything with blackberries, bee pollen and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
