Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Squares

makes 16 squares

What You Need
2 1/2 cups oatmeal (I used gluten free oats)
2 TBS flax meal
1/3 cup coconut flakes
1 TSP cinnamon
1 TSP vanilla
1 cup almond milk
2 bananas, finely chopped
5 dates, finely chopped
1/2 TSP himalayan salt
1 TSP coconut sugar
6 TBS Enjoy Life chocolate chips, melted

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350° and line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, flax meal, coconut flakes, and cinnamon. 
3. Stir in the milk and vanilla.
4. Lastly, fold in the bananas, dates and salt.
5. Spread batter into the 8x8 pan and then bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until edges start to brown.
6. Once cooked through, remove from oven and spread melted chocolate on top. Set in freezer for 20-30 minutes, or until chocolate is hard. Cut into squares and enjoy!
*I recommend heating back up before eating!
